The study also revealed that meditation will boost melatonin, but only if you practice it daily. There are different kinds of meditation that one can practice.
Melatonin can be helpful for all kinds of people, anybody that work rotating shifts and people experiencing jet lag as well. A jet lag can last for days, after a long ride on plane; this will disrupt your daily sleeping cycle. Taking melatonin can help you speed up the process of tuning. And if you have to switch from the day work shift to night shift then melatonin will come to the rescue.
You can use the melatonin sleep aid as a last resource to help you find your sleep time in case lifestyle changes like eating healthier and doing more exercise are not enough. Always know that the sleeping aids like melatonin is completely natural, harmless and does not make it a habit. Therefore take them instead of resorting to the chemical sleeping aids.
